Placing an order at our webshop means that you agree to our terms and conditions stated here.
Sometimes we sell products in consignment. We only do this for owners we know well so that we have the guarantee that the products are in very good condition. We will never sell products for people we do not know well or if we know they are not reliable.
How to order
You can order our products in the following ways: directly in our webshop or by sending us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If we order products especially for you which are not shown in our webshop, they have to paid by bank transfer or cash at the moment of ordering.
How to pay
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (only through our webshop, encrypted and 100% secured by our payment partner Mollie), cash at pickup. In some cases, you can pay (partially) with trade-ins. If you want to exchange something, send us your trade proposal to email@example.com. All products must be paid before the order is processed. We are not obliged to deliver the products until we have received payment from you. Also, trade-ins are part of the payment, so we have to receive them first before we ship out your order.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail of your order shortly after placing an order. If you have questions about your order, you can contact us by e-mail or telephone. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability or other problems, you will be refunded for the product that is not available. Every purchased product is sold according to the product description.
We will make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the relevant information is entered into the system. We strive to keep the webshop as up-to-date as possible, so that the information (including product descriptions) reflects the exact position at the point of order.
We reserve the right to remove products from our webshop at any time and / or to remove or edit materials or content from our webshop. Please note that availability, terms, and prices may change from time to time and we expect you to check them before making a purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange product.
We do everything we can to deliver the ordered products within the delivery period. If there is a delay in the processing of the order, we will inform you as soon as possible of the situation and if necessary offer an alternative or refund your payment. The refund will take place within 3 days after ordering.
All prices include all applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs. Most of our products are margin products, which means that no VAT is included already. We do not offer VAT refunds. We try to ensure that all our prices in our webshop are correct, but we are human only, so errors can occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order again at the correct price or to cancel. If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as canceled. If you cancel and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. We are not obliged to deliver the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation, if the price error is clear and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a wrong price determination. Prices can be changed at any time, but changes do not affect orders made prior to the price change.
Although we strive to guarantee the availability of the products in our webshop, we cannot guarantee that all products are in stock when you place your order. This is because we also sell on other platforms (such as eBay and Audiogon). It can happen that someone orders the same product there a few minutes before you it in our webshop. Of course, we do our best to keep our online stock up-to-date. If we are unable to process or execute your order, we will contact you to discuss an alternative. If you have already paid, we will refund your payment if there is no suitable alternative according to your needs.
We deliver to all addresses worldwide except to mailboxes. The usual delivery time depends on the address and whether the product is in stock. We use good companies such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and SkyNet for shipping. We use PostNL for Russia because otherwise the products cannot be imported there. We will try to deliver your products as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to unforeseen factors. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days (except via PostNL to Russia, which takes 1-2 weeks). The alternative is to pick up the products at our address in The Netherlands.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to do this without any reason. The period is calculated from the date on which the products were received by you. Contact us by return by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us for all return shipments prior to returning the products.
1. We do not accept returns for products which you bought with extra discount on our asking prices. We also do not except returns of products on which you traded in other items.
2. Special orders: we will never accept returns for products we ordered especially for you. Otherwise it would mean that we have to take them in stock.
We recommend that you keep your original packaging materials. Only use the original packing material when you return a product. With original packaging materials we mean internal packing material and the shipping box.
We will mail you the address for the return shipment after you let us know you like to return your purchase.
Please note that all costs for the return shipment are for your account and that the returned products must be in the same condition as when they were us. Damaged products are not accepted for return. It also means that if you buy new products, we will accept the return only if the products have no signs of use at all. With new power cables for example, as soon as they have been connected they will have signs of use on the metal parts of the connectors and returns will not be accepted.
If you as buyer refuse the package at your door or at the customs in your country, the return is your responsibility fully. If the package gets lost in this case in the return process, we will not refund your payment, because we are not in control of the return process. So, always accept the package first and then return it with a new tracking number.
We will refund your payment within 3 days after receiving the products back. If you made your payment with Paypal, we will refund your payment minus the Paypal costs we had to pay for your payment. The new Paypal policy is that they do not pay back the costs which a seller pays for a transaction. With that it is logical that a buyer pays for the costs of testing the product.
Most of the products we sell are pre-owned. On pre-owned items we give 30 days warranty. On new products warranty depends on different factors. If you like to know, contact us before ordering.
Complaints and suggestions
If there is something that you are not happy with, or something that we can do better, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com.
We are not liable for loss or damage (consequential or other damages) of our customer, its employees, representatives or third parties in the event of a failure to fulfill its obligations, defective products or in other cases if it is not certain that such loss whether such damage has been caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our webshop and all material published on it. These works are protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other similar intellectual property rights and treaties anywhere in the world. All such rights are reserved. Information on this website, including text, images and sound, may not be copied, reproduced, modified or stored in any way, unless explicitly permitted.
You may not modify the paper or digital copies of materials that you have printed or printed in any way, and you may not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or other images from accompanying text.
The use of our webshop does not give you permission to link to it or to use any of the trademarks, designs, layout and / or logos contained therein.
