About our privacy policy
Contrado gives a lot to your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Contrado. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 27/12/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Webshop software:
WooCommerce
Our webshop has been developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and / or stored.

E-mail and mailing lists:
MailChimp
We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for your own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. We use Mollie’s platform to handle (a part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted under the legal terms.

Reviews:
Trustpilot
We collect reviews via the Trustpilot platform. If you leave a review via Trustpilot you are obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Trustpilot shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Trustpilot also publishes your name and place of residence on your own website. In some cases, Trustpilot may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and e-mail address with Trustpilot. If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of UPS, FedEx, DHL, SkyNet, PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with UPS, FedEx, DHL, SkyNet, PostNL. We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide.
